Jane Grant has been a Temecula, California; Real Estate Agent and Broker for 20 years.  

I love living and selling Real Estate in Temecula, California.  I originally obtained my California Real Estate License in 1990.  I received my California Real Estate Broker License in 2001 and then began Southwest Real Estate  in April of 2004.  

I am a former resident of Murrieta, and the Temecula Wine Country.  I currently live in Crowne Hill which is the last subdivision before the Temecula Wine Country begins.  The Temecula Wine Country has Luxury homes and many custom homes on 5 acre minimum lots.

My Real Estate career began when I was assisting my father with his personal real estate transactions.   As a successful business man, my father, William Pargett, taught me to have a keen eye for valuable real estate opportunities in California.  When my father passed, I was given the honor of selling his properties and managing his trust.  After completing these tasks, I realized I was going to make Real Estate my career. 

It can be a long and tedious task to find the perfect home or investment property.  I am a positive person and I have the ability to empathize with the needs of my clients and make the task of purchasing Real Estate interesting, fun, and informative.  

Our current Real Estate Market in the Temecula Wine Country, has opportunities for first time buyers and investors to purchase large estates, ranches, golf course homes, and luxury homes in Temecula, that were priced much higher only a few years ago.
