What to do if you really want a home in Riverside County.

We are jumping through hoops here to get our offers accepted.  Every home has multiple offers almost as soon as it is listed.  Unless the home needs major repairs, of course.

But the nice homes, that everyone wants have so many offers yours will get lost in the shuffle unless you do the following.

Submit your offer as soon as the home is listed….or as soon as there is a status change back to “Active”.

Some of the homes do fall out of escrow for one reason or another if it is in Back Up or Pending, you don’t have much of a chance, just move on to one that is showing “Active”.  Status.

Get your pre-approval together: (Call me for  a Reference)

  • Current Pre-approval from a direct lender with DU-Desktop Underwriting findings
  • 1st page of credit report showing credit scores
  • Bank Statement with “Proof of Funds”
